About Courtney

Courtney Taylor has been foraging wild food for over 20 years, in a variety of ecosystems and climates from the tropical jungles of Hawaii to the arid hills of Arizona and northern California, but the majority of her experience is in North Texas, which she has called home for most of her life so far. She’s been teaching foraging classes for about 12 years, and has compiled her North Texas teaching and foraging experience into an ebook.

When she’s not foraging, she’s enjoying time with her husband and two children, hiking, backpacking, camping, gardening, reading, and writing.
