Spring 2026 Foraging Classes

Hey there!

I’m excited to announce that my spring lineup of foraging classes have all been scheduled! I’ve come up with several class formats you can choose from:

  • My usual 2.5-hour afternoon foraging walks in North and East Texas
  • A full-day combined plant and mushroom class with local mycology expert Sebastian Tabibi (President of the North Texas Mycological Association)
  • A weekend-long intensive with Sebastian that’s focused on plant and mushroom foraging, identification, and cooking/preparation methods

I’m also teaching several classes at my favorite spring gatherings, the Maidenfire Festival for women and girls, and the SkyEarth Outdoor Skills Gathering. Read more about each class below, and click each link for more details and to sign up!

This event isn’t just a class; it’s a chance to build a deeper relationship with the land and foster a vibrant community of fellow nature lovers.
